How long do you keep my data?
For as long as your account is open. If you close your account, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
What happens if I disconnect a source?
No new data comes in from it. You choose whether to keep what it already brought in or delete that too.
Can I get all my data out?
Yes. Download your orders, customers and products as CSV any time, from the app or from Settings.
Is my data sold or shared?
No. It’s only used to run your account and answer your questions. See Terms & Privacy for the details.
